• Case Preparation: Creating forensic reports for use by law enforcement or legal counsel.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our services are intended to support legal and law enforcement processes.

3. User Obligations

When using our services or submitting a case, you agree to:

4. No Guarantee of Recovery

Important: BitRecovery Info does not guarantee the recovery of lost funds. The outcome of any case depends on numerous factors, including the nature of the fraud, the jurisdiction of the perpetrators, and the cooperation of third-party financial institutions.

We commit to using our best efforts, expertise, and technology to trace assets and build a case, but we cannot warrant a specific outcome.

5. Fees and Payments

Our initial consultation is free of charge. If we determine your case is viable and you choose to retain our services, fees will be structured as per the Service Agreement signed between you and the Company. This may include:

• Upfront Retainer: To cover the cost of forensic tools and man-hours.
• Success Fee: A percentage of the recovered amount, payable only upon successful restitution.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitRecovery Info shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
